AID STATION INFORMATION

Seven aid stations are provided for your food and hydration needs along the routes. Each station’s menu was prepared and selected by adventure athletes and nutritionists to provide the best in fluid and fuel during your ride.

Each station for each stage is identified on the respective course route maps and turn-by-turn sheets provided at check-in. Listed below are the aid station locations and hours of operation for each route.

Aid stations will have a variety of other snacks including bananas, strawberries, oranges, watermelon, boiled eggs, boiled potatoes, peanut butter sandwiches with honey and granola bars.  Items will vary by aid station.

There will be electrolyte drinks and water available at ALL aid stations.

Cold Weather Gear Drop at Snow Valley Aid Station

We will have a cold weather gear drop for riders at the Snow Valley aid Station.  Items will be returned to the bike valet at Bear Mountain Resort.
